This notice explains how Xavier Stevens — Area Specialist (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through stevensandbriant.com.au and our appraisal service at appraise.stevensandbriant.com.au.
What we collect
When you request the market report or follow the appraisal journey, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and property information.
Website and advertising measurement
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics to count page views and fixed appraisal actions (for example, choosing online or in person). We also use Google Ads conversion measurement on the public appraisal-request and in-person-booking entry pages to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a completed request or booking. Google may use cookies or similar advertising identifiers for that attribution.
Only fixed success events are sent after our server accepts the request or booking. We do not send names, contact details, property addresses, notes, form values, or appraisal or booking reference numbers to Google. Automatic page-view measurement and advertising personalisation are disabled in our implementation, and Enhanced conversions are disabled in Google Ads. Google handles measurement data under its Privacy Policy. You can manage personalised advertising through My Ad Center.
Why we collect it
- To send you the material you requested, such as the property market report.
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss selling or buying your property.
- To send occasional Greater Shepparton market updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
How your information is handled
Market-report requests are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers them to us by email. Appraisal requests are processed through our secure appraisal service and recorded in our customer system so Xavier or Rodney can respond. We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to provide our services (for example, with the Area Specialist network or a conveyancer involved in a transaction) or where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing xaviers@areaspecialist.com.au or calling 0403 152 642.
